Overview
Lattice runs review cycles, goals, and employee surveys. It does not pay people or store the legal HR file as its main job. The product is paid, and it only works if managers will actually write the reviews. Buy it when the feedback process has outgrown a form, not because a spreadsheet of salaries needs a new home. That problem belongs in an HRIS.
