Who we are

BradSuite (“we”) is operated by Solution Bradshaw Inc. and publishes an independent directory of software tools at bradsuite.com. For privacy questions, email info@solutionsbradshaw.com.

We are accountable for the personal information we handle in connection with this site and aim to keep that information accurate and secure for the purposes described below.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, your browser opens an email to info@solutionsbradshaw.com with the name, address, topic, and message you typed. BradSuite does not run a mail server for that form and does not store those fields in an account database. We receive only what arrives in that inbox.

Information collected automatically

Like most sites, the host may keep standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. We use those logs to keep the site reliable and to diagnose abuse. We do not sell them.

Cookies

Essential cookies may be used to remember a preference or to protect the site. BradSuite does not require an account, so we do not set a login cookie today.

A cookie banner asks whether you want to continue with advertising cookies or reject them. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key bradsuite-consent) as accepted or rejected, so the banner does not appear again until you clear that preference.

Advertising cookies and the Google AdSense script load only after you choose Continue. If you choose Reject, we do not load the ad script or set personalized advertising cookies from AdSense.

To change your mind, use Cookie settings in the site footer (clears the stored choice and shows the banner again), or clear this site's data in your browser.

Advertising

BradSuite may display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s prior visits to this site and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.

How we use information

We use contact messages to answer you, logs to operate the site, and, if ads are enabled, the information described above to display and measure advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Links to other sites

Tool pages link to vendor websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. BradSuite is not responsible for them.

Retention

Email we receive is kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted when it is no longer needed. Server logs follow the host’s ordinary retention window.

Access and correction

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you in connection with this site, and request a correction if it is inaccurate. Contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

BradSuite is a business directory and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you are looking at the revised policy.
